This website is operated by SOLERWORKS LTDA, São Paulo, Brazil. It describes our service for a business audience. It is not an offer, and no contract arises from using it or from sending a form.

The content explains how SolerWorks structures its service. It is general information and is not legal, tax or regulatory advice. Please have your own counsel review anything you intend to rely on. Where this site and a signed agreement differ, the signed agreement prevails.
3. Documents and templates
Documents you can read or download here are samples and templates. You may use them to evaluate SolerWorks and may share them inside your organization and with your advisors for that purpose. Completed documents and agreement templates are provided on request to verified reviewers.
4. Intellectual property
The site, its text, design, illustrations, diagrams and the SolerWorks name and logo belong to SOLERWORKS LTDA or its licensors. Apart from the evaluation use described above, please ask before reproducing them. Open-source components keep their own licenses, which are published with the files.
5. Acceptable use
Please do not try to disrupt the site, probe it without permission, submit forms with false details or on someone else’s behalf, or use automated means to send requests. Security researchers can find our contact in security.txt.
6. Availability and liability
We work to keep the site accurate and available but provide it as it is, without a promise that it is complete, current or uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, SOLERWORKS LTDA is not liable for loss arising from use of the site or reliance on its content. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Where we link to another site, that site’s operator is responsible for it.

9. Law and venue
These terms are governed by the law of Brazil, and the courts of São Paulo, SP have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory rights you have where you live.
